One interview equals one complete AI interview session, regardless of the number of questions. Your interview count resets monthly on your billing date.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I run out of interviews?
You can purchase additional interviews as needed, or upgrade to a higher plan. Organization plans support auto-refill so you never run out.
Do you offer discounts for startups or education?
Yes! We offer special pricing for startups (under 50 employees) and educational institutions. Contact sales for details.
What's the difference between recruiter and organization plans?
Recruiter plans are for individual recruiters or small teams. Organization plans add centralized billing, shared interview pools, SSO, and team management features for larger companies.
Is there a commitment? Can I cancel?
No long-term commitment. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront and can be cancelled at renewal.
