- One interview equals one complete AI interview session, regardless of the number of questions. Your interview count resets monthly on your billing date.
- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- What happens if I run out of interviews?
- You can purchase additional interviews as needed, or upgrade to a higher plan. Organization plans support auto-refill so you never run out.
- Do you offer discounts for startups or education?
- Yes! We offer special pricing for startups (under 50 employees) and educational institutions. Contact sales for details.
- What's the difference between recruiter and organization plans?
- Recruiter plans are for individual recruiters or small teams. Organization plans add centralized billing, shared interview pools, SSO, and team management features for larger companies.
- Is there a commitment? Can I cancel?
- No long-term commitment. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront and can be cancelled at renewal.
