For Candidates

How do I take an interview?

If a recruiter has invited you, check your email for the interview link. If you are practicing on your own, sign in to your candidate dashboard, upload your resume, and start a practice interview. The platform will generate questions based on your background and the selected domain.

What happens during the interview?

You will be asked a series of questions one at a time. Respond verbally using your microphone. The platform records your audio responses, transcribes them, and uses AI to evaluate your answers. You will receive a detailed report after the interview is complete.

Can I retake an interview?

Practice interviews can be taken as many times as your plan allows. Recruiter-initiated assessments are typically one attempt per invitation. Contact the recruiter who sent the invitation if you have concerns about a specific assessment.

How is my data used?

Your audio responses are processed to generate evaluation scores and feedback. If the interview was initiated by a recruiter, your assessment report is shared with the recruiting organization. For practice interviews, only you can see your results. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I create an assessment?

From your recruiter dashboard, go to Workspaces and create a new workspace for the role you are hiring for. Configure the interview domain, difficulty, number of questions, and any custom questions you want included. Then invite candidates by entering their email addresses.

How does interview billing work?

Each interview assessment uses one interview from your plan. Interviews are included in your subscription plan. You can view your remaining interviews in your dashboard sidebar and manage your plan from the Interviews & Billing page.

Can I customize the questions?

Yes. When setting up a workspace, you can add custom questions that will be included alongside the AI-generated questions. Custom questions can be technical, behavioral, or situational depending on what your role requires.

What does the fraud detection cover?

The platform monitors for tab switching, copy-paste activity, browser focus changes, and other behavioral signals during an assessment. If webcam proctoring is enabled, it can also detect potential identity mismatches. All findings are included in the assessment report.

Billing & Account

How do I upgrade my plan?

Visit the Pricing page to see available plans. You can upgrade from your account dashboard at any time. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the Credits & Billing page in your dashboard. If auto-renewal is enabled, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Unused credits are not refunded after interviews have been conducted.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other cards supported in your region.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, contact us at privacy@infyva.com. We will process your request within 30 days and remove your personal data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
